UPackIt Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

UPackIt is made by Semi Modular Software. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app. In short, we don’t collect any of it.

Information we collect

We don’t collect, store, or share any personal information. The app has no accounts, sign-in, analytics, advertising, or tracking.

Information stored on your device

Your trips, packing lists, and saved templates are stored only on your device. They aren’t sent to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app deletes this data.

Weather and place search

To build a packing list, the app looks up the destination you enter and its weather using Apple services:

• Place search uses Apple Maps. The text you type in the destination search is sent to Apple to find matching places.
• Weather uses Apple Weather (WeatherKit). The destination’s coordinates and your trip dates are sent to Apple to get the forecast and typical weather.

The app doesn’t use or request your current location. Apple handles these requests under its own privacy policy: apple.com/legal/privacy. Weather data is provided by Apple Weather and other data sources.

Children’s privacy

The app doesn’t collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
